Terms and conditions utilizing the points book as a discount on Off-Kai activities.

1. สมุดสะสมแต้มที่นำมาเป็นส่วนลดกิจกรรม Off-Kai ต้องใช้รางวัลที่ได้จากการสะสมแต้มครบทุกรางวัลและมีตราปั้มโลโก้จาก Official ครบทุกช่อง เนื่องจากการใช้สมุดสะสมแต้มเป็นส่วนลดเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Off-Kai แล้ว ทาง อฟช จำเป็นต้องเก็บหลักฐานสมุดสะสมแต้มเล่มดังกล่าว และ รางวัลที่ได้สะสมแต้มจะถือเป็นโมฆะทันที

2. สมุดสะสมแต้มต้องมีชื่อผู้ถือครองชัดเจน ไม่มีการขีดฆ่า เขียนทับหรือลบใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้มาจาก Official และไม่สามารถโอนถ่ายกรรมสิทธ์ผู้ถือครองได้

3. รูปถ่ายสมุดสะสมแต้ม ด้านที่เป็นสแตมป์ภายในเล่มเห็นรายละเอียดชัดเจนเช่น ตราปั้ม ชื่อผู้ถือครอง ตามจำนวนเล่มที่ต้องการใช้

4. ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมุดสะสมแต้มแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

5.สำหรับท่านที่ต้องการใช้สิทธ์ส่วนลดจากสมุดสะสมแต้ม
* กรุณาโอนจำนวนเงินเต็ม
* และรับส่วนต่างคืนที่หน้างานโดยนำสมุดสะสมแต้มมายื่นที่จุดลงทะเบียน

1.The points book used for the Off-Kai activity discount must have all rewards from the stamp collection completed and have the official logo stamp in every slot. The points book will be kept as evidence, and the rewards will be voided immediately.

2.The points book must have the owner’s name clearly written, without any unauthorized alterations or erasures. The ownership cannot be transferred.

3.Photos of the points book showing the stamp details, such as the logo and the owner’s name, must be clear.

4.The points book cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.For those who wish to use the discount from the points book, *please transfer the full amount* and receive the Cash form discount at the event by presenting the points book at the registration point
